By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Crans-Montana, had much fun. I booked a comfort double room with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The staff were very nice and courteous and offered guidance. The location was fantastic in a comfortable area, just next door to centre of Crans and centre of Montana, Crans and Montana, and restaurants, shops, grocery, children's park, lake. Had brunch in the Caviar House & Prunier, located nearby. The service was excellent, including an easy check-in...
Can’t think of anything.

The view was breathtaking, a pleasure to wake up to each day. Spa facilities, pool, hot tub, steam rooms, sauna were a much appreciated after a long day of snowboarding. Dinner at the restaurant was truly a pleasant experience with special attention to presentation and taste. Something that is simply not found in many fine restaurants. Breakfast could have more choices, however everything was catered to be healthy and delicious; with one of the best tasting coffees served. The restaurant both in the morning and night had a beautiful view of the mountains in the valley. They offer a shuttle to the Crans Montana ski resorts, and are close to Zermatt if you're looking for something out of this world.
Parking can be frustrating at times if you're returning during dinner hours or peak times. Wi-Fi could be free, as paid service is spotty and does not work well with an iPad, iPhone etc...
